This one I can source as it comes from Psalm 92 verses 12-14. "The righteous flourish....in the courts of our God. In old age they still produce fruit." I found that refreshingly amusing as I read it this morning as, although I am not yet in 'old age' I am closer to it than my teenage years.
My most favourite prayer is found in the Anglican 'Prayer Book For Australia', A General Thanksgiving, and I will conclude with a few lines from this beautiful prayer. "We bless you.....above all, for your immeasurable love in the redemption of the world by our Lord Jesus Christ, for the means of grace and for the hope of glory."
